Milk

1 cup

1 cup Lactose Free Milk
Or 1 cup Soy Milk (may add different flavour)
Or 1 cup Almond Milk (may add different flavour)

Butter

1 cup

1 cup Margarine
Or 1 cup Shortening

Chocolate

1 square (unsweetened)

3 tbsp cocoa plus 1 tbsp margarine  

Eggs

1 whole egg

2 egg yolks

Cream

1 cup light cream
1 cup heavy cream

7/8  cup milk plus 3 tbsp butter
¾ cup milk plus 1/3 cup butter

Whipping Cream



All-Purpose Flour      

1 cup



1 cup

1 cup Lactose Free Whipping cream ( …oh yes…they have it now)

1 cup rice (replace 1 tbsp of rice flour with 1 tbsp of cornstarch to thicken
1/2 cup of almond meal plus 1/2 cup of other gluten free flour
