For our dear Lactose Intolerant friends out there or just others who share our passion of scones, this recipe is for you! Our Dear Aunt P gave us this recipe with the knowledge of our dietary restriction and although there is milk in this recipe, we always substitute with lactose free milk but please check out our substitution page for more options!
This weekend, our cousin Nicole slept over, and like every time she comes over …WE BAKE! She mentioned to us that she’s never experienced the wonderfulness of scones… I know what you’re thinking, how is this possible? But it was true, so we decided to show her just how awesome scones truly are!
Country Scones
These sinfully delicious scones are perfect for a mid-day snack. Combined with a salty yet hit-the-spot sweetness, as our dad would say, these scones are a little taste of heaven! This is, by far, is the easiest ever scone recipe we have come across. Thank you Aunt P for these scrumptious scones!
